Our rates may seem more expensive than the last time you looked at storage. There are several reasons for this, including Temple’s economy. If you haven’t yet compared our rates to our competitors’, you may want to get the full picture of how we compare.

However, while our competitors may sometimes boast cheaper rates, it's not uncommon for them to dramatically raise the price a short time after you move in. Renting with us comes with our promise that we won’t take advantage of you like that. We’re fully committed to always providing affordable prices.

Yes and no. Rent increases are inevitable because of inflation. But we’re committed to doing it as rarely as our finances allow. And when we do, we give a full 45-day warning. 

We will never raise your rent right on the heels of you moving into your unit. We promise full transparency because we know you may have been burned before.

While 6 am-9 pm are our standard access hours, we do offer 24-hour access as an additional $10/month charge. We’ve consulted with many storage experts who’ve been in the business for decades. They all agree that outside of these gate hours, it becomes more common for bad actors to attempt illegal activities. 

We stay locked up past 9 pm because we want your property to be as safe as possible. But please let our office know if you’d like 24-hour access.

While our lease requires insurance for every rental, you can absolutely use your own insurance. Renting a unit online is the fastest way to move into our facility, but please notify our office that you have your own insurance. Then provide the policy number, end date, and coverage amount. 

If you’ve just moved in, we’ll refund the insurance amount you just paid.
